Had a look this afternoon and the plumbing has been completed and we now have a fence. Piering next week and hopefully formwork done too. Received an email from our CLO explaining that we may need 70lm of concrete for piering. We already increased it to 50lm so not sure how engineering could be so far out with calculations. If they did that in my field of work, they would be in the coroners court.
We had a 50lm allowance and went up to 74... That was a nice variation!
ReplyDeleteIt's so awesome that you finished your plumbing. That can be a daunting task if you have never done it. When I used to work construction, I would primarily frame the houses.
